There is more than one battle in this race.

It appears that there is more than one fight going on within the confines of the 2012 Election. We know the big fight ... for the presidency. That fight includes the major political battle over the future direction of this nation. The two sides cannot be farther apart. More on that fight later.

The second fight is between old line, fat and sassy RINO republicans and the new generation of conservative republicans, who are fed up with 'politics as usual', and 'don't rock the boat'. Boehner and McConnely are old line RINOs. Ryan, Christi, Rubio, to name just a few, are new wave, conservative republicans whom the far, far left wing-nut media defines as "Tea Party __________" (you fill in any or all of their favorite expletives). We conservatives are barraged by false and misleading left wing-nut media reports that "the tea party is dying", or, "the tea party has seen better days", or, "the tea party has lost it's clout among main-stream republicans". Regarding that last point ... yep, it has, because to most Americans, "main stream" means "politics as usual". Something we do not want to continue.

As far as the rest of the above wing-nut comment,  I hate to rain on that parade, but I have to say the Tea Party is alive, well, and growing in America. How do I know? The easiest way to calibrate the growth of the Tea Party is to measure the level of vitriol posted about the tea party in the left-wing-nut media posts and other left wing media noise. Something that is 'dying' or 'dead', doesn't garner much news. It is ignored. However, all we keep hearing about is "the Tea Party!" from these folks.

My next question (should be yours, too) is: why do the RINOs hate the Tea Party? Well, for one thing, the Tea Party ruffles up the status quo. Congressmen and women who work within the ethics and principles of the Tea Party don't really have too much time for golf, or for long vacations. These men and women are focus'd on repairing the damage done by thugs like obama, holder and other mafia brotheren to this wonderful nation. The apparently have two wars to fight: against progressive left-wing-nut liberals, and, against RINOs in their party. I predict the Tea Party will come out on top.

As for myself. I haven't called myself a Tea Party person, but I believe I will eventually do so, if only because the current crop of RINOs in Congress are too stupid to see the writing on the wall. The original Grand Old Party IS what we conservatives now call "The Tea Party". One day they well merge, after the RINOs are gone. Until that time I and others will be compelled to proudly call ourselves Tea Party supporters. Of course, RINOs like McCain (why is he STILL in office?) will get the big picture first and begin feigning an adoption of Tea Party lingo, if only to save their meaningless, pseudo, pretend right wing careers. Maybe some of the Tea Party enthusiasm for simple things, like maintaining our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, and restoring America for Americans, will rub off on them if they 'pretend' long enough. Well, that's for their voters to decide. Hopefully, the current level of voter apathy and down-right ignorance will have worn off by the next election.

Back to the fight for the presidency (and congress). Yes, we want to remove that rapidly spreading cancer that is obama and liberal/progressivism from America as soon as possible. To really "win", we have to change the way America sees it's government. We have to rid our education system of incompetent teachers and socialist/Marxist professors. We have to rid ourselves of illegal invaders. We have to end all unions, starting with an executive order to end what Kennedy started with an executive order way back in the early '60s. Every state should be a "Right to Work" state. Whether you bow to dictators or union bosses, it's facist to not have 'the right to work' anywhere in this country. Americans have to take back their neighborhoods and streets from mob rule. Most of all, we have to regain our place as the premire, Democratic Republic in this world.

We can accomplish these things over time, but the immediate real fight is right in our own party. Ridding the republican party of RINOs will end the confusion over what conservatism is about.

God Bless America! God Bless the Tea Party! God Save America!
